Production Manager
Job Description / Responsibility
- Remain over-all responsibly for every process of manufacturing, organizing, monitoring, manpower managing and controlling.
- Capable to efficient utilization of manpower to achieve the hourly/ daily production target
- Must be a team player with excellent leadership skill to run production for quality product and shipment on time.
- To follow-up with Marketing/operation/production team & ensure shipment move on time.
- To identify the problems, discuss with technical team & give early alert to minimize the problem to ensure delivery on time.
- Should have good managerial skill to handle workforce/ operators & helpers as well as lead a team of supervisors/ executives.
- Perform other duties as when assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements
- Hon’s & Masters from recognized university.
- Educational qualification may be relaxed in case of highly experienced.
Experience Requirements
- At least 10 year(s)

- Age 30 to 45 year(s)
- The incumbent should be dynamic and have good communication skill.
- Self-motivated, responsible and goal oriented. * Able to work under pressure.
- Should be a team player having good interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication abilities in Bangla and English both oral and written.
- Computer literacy is must, especially in office package.
- Demonstrated ability to effective manages multiple priorities in a fast paced, dynamic and challenging environment.
- Should have positive and flexible attitude.
